NaiNai's Sweet Treats are made to order! We purchase our ingredients and create our Sweet Treats upon confirmation of each order. This ensures each Sweet Treat is fresh for you and your family and/or guests. While this may result in higher and fluctuating prices, we believe freshness is key to a Sweet Treat that no one else can beat. We hope that you'll agree too!

Because NaiNai's Sweet Treats is a small, home based business, we require lead time for each order. Most orders will require a request 4-7 days in advance while some cake requests will require 30 days in advance depending upon the complexity. To secure your request date a 50% deposit is required and is nonrefundable. The deposit will lock-in your agreed upon pick-up date. You will have 24 hrs to complete your deposit before your date is released. Your order cannot begin until the deposit is received. The remaining 50% balance will be due before/upon pick-up.

Consultations: For orders that are a little more complex and should be discussed in depth, a consultation should be set up. We can meet at Starbucks at 14212 Potranco Rd to discuss your order in detail, or we can 'meet' over FaceTime or Zoom. Consultations will incur a $25 charge. However, the $25 consultation fee will be deducted from your final balance due upon pick-up..

All of our Sweet Treats are made in a home kitchen and are not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.

ALLERGY INFORMATION: Every Sweet Treat is created with care and love in our home 'bakery'. Many of our products contain wheat, soy, milk, eggs, nuts of all varieties and dyes. We do label our products with main allergy information. However, though we try not to cross contaminate, we can not guarantee that each of the ingredients has not come in contact with any other ingredient/allergen.
