NaiNai's Sweet Treats is located in SW San Antonio. The pick-up location will be a public location which provides a safe atmosphere for both customer and baker. The address will be 13794 Potranco Rd (West end of the Valero parking lot near air pumps). Arrangements for pick-up of Sweet Treats will be made at least 24 hours in advance of due date via communication in which your order was made (ie, e-mail, messenger, etc.). You will be provided a 30 minute pick-up window. If you miss your time window, a new time window will need to be arranged. Guarantee for same day pick up is not guaranteed. Normal pick-up times will be between 9am-12pm/4pm-6pm, Mon-Fri & limited 9am-11am Sat. We do not deliver at this time. Proper care and instructions will be given to make sure your sweet treats are able to be transported safely to their final destination. However, once they are in your care, NaiNai's Sweet Treats will no longer be responsible for the responsibility of the Sweet Treats.
